The functions of a tablet coating machine include the selection of suitable materials.
This depends on the type of tablet used and the desired final coating process.
There are criteria by which the most suitable coating material can be selected.
The next step is tablet rotation. This involves putting the tablets into a drum and rotating it in a circular motion.
This is an ongoing process and an optimized panel controls most operations. As the drum rotates, nozzles spray the coating solution onto the tablets.
This is an automated process controlled by an operator using a control system.
This ensures tablet precision and uniform atomization.
An angled baffle in the drum also rotates the table sideways to promote even tablet atomization. While atomization and rotation continue, the machine blows hot air into the drum to quickly coat the solution.
This machine allows self-regulation of the hot air temperature flowing through the machine and the reason for this excessive temperature can affect the chemical composition of the tablets. The machine also adjusts the pressure inside the drum according to the pressure of the external environment.
After all the tablets are evenly coated, the spinning and spraying are finished and the tablets move to the drying section.
Air flows over the tablets to dry them.
The amount of air flowing is adjusted so that it does not react with the tablets. Once this is done, the tablet is ready for packaging.
